His track record includes serving as a founder and former CEO of Parson Consulting (listed as #1 on the Inc. 500 list in 2000) and the number two executive at Alternative Resources Corporation, which became the second best performing IPO on the NASDAQ in 1994. His areas of expertise include corporate finance, strategic planning, mergers/acquisitions, as well as sales and marketing management. Dan holds both an MBA and BA from Marquette University.

Greg is a talented leader with a demonstrated track record of driving improved financial and operational performance and value creation. While serving as the chief financial officer of Leo Burnett Worldwide, Inc., he developed a reputation for implementing innovative financial and operational programs that have since become global best practices for the company. He has an extensive background in the business services industry and has significant experience in human resources, operations, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and administration. Greg received his BA from DePaul University and is a certified public accountant.
Keith Swenson
Managing Partner
Keith has over 20 years of human capital consulting and management experience with worldwide consultancies and accounting firms. His consulting experience includes many large scale human capital strategy projects for multi-nationals across several industries. Most recently, he was named the managing partner for Capital H Group. As managing partner, he is responsible for the firms' consulting and recruiting practices and also new product and service development. Keith received a BA from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Derek Bengtson
VP of Finance
Derek has extensive experience across key areas within the finance function, including corporate finance, financial reporting, operational finance, budgeting and financial analysis. Prior to joining Capital H Group, he was the key finance manager that built the finance function for Star Link U.S.A., a start-up company within the Starcom Worldwide Group. Derek has a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a certified public accountant.
Sherry Borchelt

Sherry is a result-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience helping various organizations increase their sales and operational effectiveness. She has industry experience in human capital, finance and accounting, healthcare and technology services, and excels at managing challenging start-up, turnaround and merger and acquisition integration scenarios that require widespread team building and superior execution. Sherry received an MBA and honorary BS from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dave has a proven track record in assisting clients that are experiencing widespread organizational change. With over 15 years of experience, he has worked with clients in every phase of the organizational lifecycle including start-ups, newly merged and/or acquired organizations as well as mature, global corporations. Tara has over 10 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining Capital H Group, Tara spent seven years at Information Resources, Inc (IRI), a provider of enterprise market information solutions and services. During her time at IRI, Tara held a variety of positions with increasing levels of responsibility, most recently as the director of HR for the analytics and retail divisions. Tara has extensive experience in recruiting processes and solutions, organizational design and workforce planning, performance management, and talent assessment. Tara earned her BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
