Capital H Group was founded in 2003 – the inspiration of consultants who, working in large, global organizations, saw an opportunity to build a management consulting firm with deep expertise in human capital.  Through organic growth and acquisitions, in 2007 we were named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the United States.  In late 2007, Capital H Group acquired the Centre for High Performance Development, a United Kingdom-based leadership development consultancy with a worldwide reputation.

Today, Capital H Group has offices on three continents staffed with high-caliber, experienced professionals. We derive our satisfaction in designing innovative yet practical solutions to our clients' human capital issues.
