What we do
Capital H is an Orlando based private investment company. We have two areas of focus: Florida based multifamily development opportunities under 50 units and acquiring or investing in local operating businesses with a EBITA range of $500k to $2 million.
Real Estate Development
We want to get big by staying small. While we specialize in ground up new construction under 50 units, we also have experience repositioning existing multifamily, to date we have renovated over 10,000 units across the south eastern United States.
Business Acquisition
Whether we wholly acquire or partner with an existing owner. Our goals are to provide a liquidation event and improve value by implementing growth and operational strategies.
